Owner Ty Simmons is a 5th-generation Florida native with the kind of southern hospitality and manners that you’d expect.

Ty has lived on his family’s fish farm his entire life. He followed his father when he started Steve Simmons Concrete over 20 years ago and it opened many doors and opportunities. He received his commercial contractor’s license in 2025 (CBC1269183). He now manages the concrete business since his father’s retirement, and has numerous contacts in the construction industry.
